This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website, contact us or study with us, why we collect it, and how we protect it. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean G-TEC Education Ghaziabad and Divine Pro Solutions.
By using this website or sharing your details with us, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or share your details.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, the course you are interested in and your message.
- Calls, WhatsApp and email: your name, phone number and anything you choose to tell us when you contact us.
- Admission and enrolment: details needed to register you for a course, such as your name, date of birth, address, phone, email, educational background, photograph, ID proof and parent or guardian details where needed.
- During your course: attendance, assignments, test and exam results, feedback and certificates.
- Fee records: the fees you pay and receipts. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical details such as your device type, browser, IP address and the pages you visit. This comes from our web server and from the tracking tools described in section 5.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your enquiries and give you course, fee and batch information.
- To arrange demo classes, counselling and admissions.
- To run your classes, track progress, conduct exams and issue certificates.
- To help with internships, placements and job opportunities, where you have asked for this.
- To send you important updates about your course, such as class schedules, fee reminders and announcements.
- To tell you about new courses, events and offers. You can ask us to stop these messages at any time.
- To understand how visitors use our website and how well our advertising works, so we can improve both.
- To keep records required by law, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Live online classes and recordings
Some classes are held live online, for example on Zoom. These sessions may be recorded so students can watch them again later, and recordings may also be shared through platforms such as Zoho. Recordings may show the names, voices or video of participants who switch on their microphone or camera. Recordings are shared only with students of the relevant course and our trainers. Attendance in live classes may be tracked.
5. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Our website uses:
- Google Tag Manager, which loads our measurement tools.
- Google Ads conversion tracking, which tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads submits a form, taps our phone number or opens WhatsApp. This helps us see which ads work. Google may use cookies for this; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Basic browser storage the website needs to work properly, for example to remember your light or dark display setting.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, but we may not be able to measure visits accurately. You can also manage ad personalisation in your Google ad settings.
6. Sharing your information
We share personal information only when needed, and only with:
- G-TEC Education (our franchisor), for student registration, exams, certification and certificate verification.
- Service providers who help us run our work, such as website hosting (Hostinger), Google (Tag Manager and Ads), Zoom and Zoho for online classes, and WhatsApp and email for communication. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- Employers and placement partners, with your consent, when we help you find an internship or job.
- Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
7. Students under 18
Many of our students are under 18. For these students, we collect personal information only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and only what is needed for their education. A parent or guardian can ask to see, correct or delete their child's information by contacting us (see section 13). We do not use children's information for targeted advertising.
8. How long we keep your information
- Enquiries from people who do not enrol: up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Student records (enrolment, attendance, results and certificates): up to 5 years after your course ends, so we can verify certificates for employers and institutions.
- Fee and tax records: as long as Indian law requires.
- Class recordings: for the duration of the course and a reasonable period after it.
After this time, we delete the information or make it anonymous.
9. How we protect your information
Our website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Only staff who need your information for their work can access it. We keep our systems updated and take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss or misuse. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we will inform you and the relevant authorities, as the law requires, if a data breach affects you.
10. Your rights
Under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
