1. When you can get a refund
These rules apply to every course you join at G-TEC Education Ghaziabad, whether you study online or at our centre.

| Within 7 days of your first class, and before you have completed 20% of the course | Partial refund 50% of the fee paid |
| After 7 days from your first class | No refund |
| After 20% of the course is completed, even if 7 days have not passed | No refund |
The 7 days are counted from the date of your first class. Course completion is counted by the classes or hours held for your batch, whether or not you attended them.
2. Fees, discounts and instalments
We offer fee discounts for paying the full fee at once, and instalment plans, as set by G-TEC Education (our main company). Your discount and instalment plan are written on your admission receipt.
- Any refund is calculated on the amount you have actually paid, after any discount.
- If you are paying in instalments and cancel when no refund applies, instalments already paid are not refunded, and instalments still due for the period you studied must be paid.
3. How to cancel and ask for a refund
- Send your cancellation request in writing by email to ghaziabad.up@gteceducation.com or on WhatsApp, or hand it in at our centre.
- Include your name, phone number, course name, batch and fee receipt number.
- The date we receive your request is the date used to decide your refund.
- Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 15 working days.
4. If we cancel or change a course
If we cancel a course or batch before it starts, you will get a full refund, or you can move to another batch or course at no extra cost.
